Alternative Fuel Innovation Comes to Earth Day Texas

odyssey picFinding innovations in alternative fuel and educating the public in how they can make the change to more sustainable means of transportation is part of our mission at Earth Day Texas. That is why we made it our goal to partner with the best and the brightest in the alternative fuel sector to bring their knowledge to our community.

This year at Earth Day Texas we partnered with National Alternative Fuel Vehicle (AFV) Day Odyssey to bring education and awareness of the alternative fuel options available for increased transportation system sustainability.

The AFV Day Odyssey is paramount in educating the public on alternative fuel and advanced technology vehicles. This awareness campaign contributes to cleaner air by reducing vehicle emissions which play a key role in conserving our nation’s natural resources, creating new jobs and presents the real possibility to decrease our dependence on foreign oil.

Since 2002, Odyssey has been working to move our country towards energy independence and provide a platform for innovation in clean alternative transportation to a variety of audiences. We are honored for the opportunity to partner with an organization like AFV Day Odyssey at Earth Day Texas. Together we can propel our mission one step closer to a better world.
